“The Secret to Creating More Confident Proactive and Productive Employees”

ANZCHAM Philippines, PeopleDynamics and Profiles present “The Lean CEO” for their Coffee Mornings Series.

“The LEAN Philosophy has been around for a long time. It is known as the world’s most powerful approach to continuous improvement.

We have evidence from 100’s of different industries from 100,000’s different companies of how LEAN has been the one thing that has helped them achieve breakthrough results and dominate their competition.

However, why are businesses in the Philippines so far behind the rest of the world when it comes to reaping the benefits of this extraordinary approach to business transformation?”

These and more shall be addressed in this discussion.
