In Tagalog: Nakakapagpabagabag

(NA-KA-KA-PAG-PA-BA-GA-BAG)

It might look and sound like gibberish to you but it’s actually part of the Filipino language!

English Translation: bothersome, something that makes you feel uncomfortable and uneasy.

If you can manage to say this without pausing or getting your tongue stuck in a knot, then you deserve a pat in the back! This is one of the most unconventional words in the Filipino language since it is also considered as a tongue twister. The level of difficulty is so high that Filipinos never use this in their normal day-to-day conversation.

I hope you’re willing to take on the challenge of pronouncing this word!

Cheers,

Alexandra
